Our process is very simple. 

1. You send in a form

2. We reply to you via email or text and confirm an appointment with your desired service 

3. We show up to your location with our truck and crew 

4. We hook up to your water spigot and plug in our extension cords to your outlet

5. You give us the keys or keep them on the porch near the vehicle

6. We start working on the vehicle (usually 2-4 hours depending on job)

7. We finish vehicle and show our customers the results

8. We accept payment and possibly a review

9. We pack up site and head out

Interior details take roughly between 2-4 hours. It depends purely on the condition of your vehicle. If your vehicle has tons of pet hair, staining in carpets and fabric, excess dirt in floor mats, loose garbage around interior, then your appointment will take longer and cost more money. 

We are mobile detailers that operate in Kingston and surrounding areas, meaning that we work at your location! We just ensure that our customers have access to water and electrical so we can get the job done properly. 

We aren't your typical drive-thru or self serve car wash. Vehicle detailing is a professional service that requires a lot of time, attention to detail, and quality tools and equipment (vacuum, steam cleaner, pressure washer, etc...). We are also professionals who have years of experience under our belt and know how to take care of every aspect of your vehicle. We understand detailing may be an expensive service for you, but look at it as an investment!

Yes! We make sure to use not only safe, but effective chemicals, tools, and equipment that professional detailers are using all over the world. For example we use a pressure washer, vacuum, steam cleaner, air compressor, drill, and extractor (to name a few) to make sure we can tackle any situation thrown at us.
